You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are under 18, you must have the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

• You must register for an account to access paid content and save progress. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at contact@lastmomenttuitions.com if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.
• You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Access:

• Free content (such as practice MCQs) is available without registration, subject to these Terms.
• Paid courses grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.
• Access to a purchased course is provided for the lifetime of the Platform or as otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

Content accuracy:

We strive to keep all educational content accurate and up to date with the latest syllabi and exam patterns (including C-DAC C-CAT). However, we do not guarantee that content is error-free or reflects the most current exam format. Always cross-reference with official sources.

Course availability:

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue courses at any time. If a course you have purchased is discontinued, we will offer an equivalent alternative or a refund at our discretion.

Payments:

• All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment partners. We do not store your full payment card details.
• You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for any amounts due.

Refund policy:

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase to contact@lastmomenttuitions.com.
• Refunds are granted if you have consumed less than 20% of the course content at the time of the request.
• No refunds will be issued after 7 days or if a significant portion of the course has been accessed.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
• Courses purchased during a promotional or discounted sale period may have different refund conditions, which will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

All content on the Platform — including videos, notes, MCQs, graphics, logos, study materials, and software — is the intellectual property of Last Moment Tuitions or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international copyright laws.

You may not:

• Download, copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display course content without our prior written permission
• Use course content for commercial purposes
• Create derivative works from our content
• Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
• Screen-record, screenshot, or share paid course material

By submitting feedback, reviews, or other content to us, you grant Last Moment Tuitions a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual licence to use, display, and distribute such content on our Platform.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect, or copy content
• Post or transmit harmful, offensive, defamatory, or misleading content
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform
• Share your account credentials with others or allow multiple users to access a single account
• Distribute or resell access to any course content

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment processors, or services (including our course store at cjzgt.courses.store). These third parties have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content, practices, or services. Links do not constitute our endorsement of those third parties.

The Platform and all content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• Results obtained from using the Platform (e.g., exam success) are guaranteed
• Content is free from inaccuracies or omissions

Last Moment Tuitions is an educational resource. Success in any examination depends on many factors including individual effort, and we make no guarantee of exam results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Last Moment Tuitions, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Last Moment Tuitions in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the Platform and delete your account at any time by contacting us at contact@lastmomenttuitions.com.

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your licence to access course content ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) shall continue to apply.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by posting a notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
